Description
Product Description
This series of products is suitable for grounding systems of 35kV, 66kV, 110kV and 220kV single-core XLPE power cables. The function of the protective grounding box and the cross interconnection box is to limit the increase of the impact overvoltage on the sheath and both sides of the insulation section of insulation joints when the induced voltage generated on the metal sheath increases with the increase of the cable length and the current flowing through the core, and the line network suffers from short-circuit fault or lightning overvoltage. It controls the induced voltage, reduces the ring current on the metal sheath, improves the transmission capacity of the cable, prevents the cable sheath insulation from being broken down, and ensures that the cable can operate safely and reliably.
Product Features
The plate press connection adopts red copper row inside, which is tinned. It has good conductivity. As for sheath protection, according to different user requirements, silicone rubber or porcelain sleeve type zinc oxide cable sheath protector can be chosen. The box body is made of upright, wall-mounted (plate thickness of 1.5mm), direct buried (plate thickness of 3.0mm) stainless steel plate, marked that it has been sprayed with plastic. It has beautiful appearance, corrosion resistance, good sealing performance and durability.
Product technical requirements
1.Ambient temperature is not higher than +45℃ and not lower than -45℃.
2.The altitude does not exceed 1000M.
3.The power frequency is not less than 45HZ and not more than 52HZ.
Performance parameters
Cabinet insulation resistance: 5MΩ.
The box body is subjected to impact 37.5kV 10 times and it has not been broken down.
The direct buried box is subject to 0.2Mpa, 30min air tightness test, and there is no leakage.
Application of cable accessories
The direct grounding box is a cable accessory that provides a secure grounding connection for cables and equipment.
It is commonly used in data centers, industrial facilities, and telecommunications networks.
The direct grounding box provides excellent protection against electrostatic discharge (ESD) and other electrical hazards.
It is an essential component of any grounding system, ensuring the safety of personnel and equipment.
The box is designed for easy installation, with multiple cable entry points and a secure closing mechanism.
It can be used with a variety of cable types, including coaxial, fiber optic, and Ethernet.
Overall, the direct grounding box is a reliable and effective way to ensure proper grounding and protect your cables and equipment from electrical damage.
